I'll go diving on the coast with you either next weekend or the one after that. I'm pretty new and have never dove the coast before but would love to try it. I live over in Portland so I would love to go someplace closer than Puget Sound.

I can't make it this weekend. I have too much crap to do around the house and I realized I'm the on-call guy at work for the weekend......What a bummer.

I know acouple of folks who have dived this area before and might be willing to go. Unfortunately they are not NWDC members. Maybe AB219 would be willing to go..... I do know, just by looking at the sight, that if you got out in to the channel you would probably end up in the cove a little way down ...

There is a wall there that I have not been to yet. There is supposed to be lots of octo / wolf eel habitat there. I have been told how to get to the wall but have somehow not made it yet. I would meet up there to try and find it if you would like. PM if interested.

I was there Sat. and Sun. Viz was extremely bad Saturday. Less than a foot at some depths. Went down to almost 70' before it cleared up but then it was dark. Sunday was actually an improvement over Saturday. You can call Hoodsport and Dive for viz reports for the area.

I wish I could say it was actually me in the sasquatch outfit but alas, it isn't. I just don't have any cool dive related photo's yet (too new) and figured for now the coolest thing I could come up with for a picture was this dude on a bike in a sasquatch outfit.

Hello Nick. Iam going to be at Octopus Hole / Sund Rock on both Satuday and Sunday with some people I took my OW class with. I would be glad to do a couple of dives with you as long as you don't mind diving with a newbie.
