So where is the best place to find these rules if they are not on-site (for future reference)?

If they don't have signage citing the closure on East Beach (I didn't see any this year or last year), are they allowed to do anything about other than wag their finger at you? Without a sign, people have no way of knowing other than through word of mouth

It is up in the air on whether or not I will actually be there. My brother is tentatively celebrating his birthday that night. If he decided to go forward with the current plans, then family comes first, and I will be out!

Dive 1 splash time - ~4:30 p.m.

Dive 2 splash time - ~6:30 p.m.

As always, there is the potential for food and beer after dive 2. Hope to see you there! I will be there for dive 2 for sure, and possibly dive 1.

Already did. I also contacted Seattle Parks and Rec (because they clean the bathrooms apparently)
