Hmm, I'm not sure that's it. It looked more "fluffy" than "scaly" to me.

Last night at Alki Cove 1 on the monolith(90'-100' depth), we saw 2 worm-like or eel like creatures. My dive buddy and I have never seen or heard of these before. They were purple-ish in color, 12"~30" in length, at a distance looked like an eel, but upon closer examination looked more lik...

The neck seal on my drysuit frequently rolls up on itself. I really don't think it's too loose and after it rolls up moving my head certain ways often leads to water leaking in.

Is it possible that rolling up like this could be a symptom of a too tight neck seal?

Bare apparently has a new Poly(ester?) drysuit coming out which also has a Tizip, anybody know the name of this or have any links to more info/reviews?

Yeah, I think I saw your comments on a thread over on ScubaBoard. Dang! I was so interested in this suit. I don't understand how a p-valve is any different than the inflator or dump valves.

So how's the Bare SB treating you now??? Did you get a p-valve in it? Apparently there're some issues with that (Bare won't do a p-valve?). Anybody else used one yet or tried gluing pockets on?

How was the viz at Mukilteo last night?

I have a spare Highland stainless steel backplate that I'd like to trade it for a similar aluminum backplate. Any takers?

I've heard SB cannot support thigh pockets. That's pretty much a deal breaker for me. :angry:
