Hornby Island Sea Lion Dives February 18-20
Took a trip up to Hornby Island to dive with the sea lions. There were six of us and every dive was a great success. I had a great time there; really happy that I went. This video was shot in HD.

Re: Pilgrimage to Pickles Deli (and Keystone) 2/25
I'm out of service for two weeks, both suits are in for new zippers otherwise I would be there. That's so sad! I hope you can get them fixed up real soon! Did one of those sea lions try to unzip you? :) No sea lion damage. The boat captain told us that when you get mobbed to just hold still a...

Re: Border crossing with tanks question - Anacortes to Sidney B.C. and back
The limit is 8 per car, I was carrying 4 tanks. None of them marked as Nitrox. There was no inspection leaving Tsawwassen. At Duke Point, he took a brief look to see that the tanks were secure. I had two sets of doubles making them very stable. He took a 5 second look and commented that they were se...

Re: Border crossing with tanks question - Anacortes to Sidney B.C. and back
There are two boats on this route; Coastal Inspiration and Queen of Alberni. As luck would have it, I was on the Coastal Inspiration from Tsawwassen to Duke Point then on the Queen of Alberni from Duke Point back to Tsawwassen.

Re: Border crossing with tanks question - Anacortes to Sidney B.C. and back
So last year when I went to God's Pocket, declaring my tanks as dangerous goods was great. This year I went to Hornby Island on the Tsawwassen-Duke Point run. Both times they had no problem with my paperwork, but each time, they held me until everyone else was on the boat. And I mean everyone. Once ...

Re: Keystone Sat 1/28
First off, great pictures from everyone. I don't get up there too often but when I am able to get all the way to the end of the Jetty, that's a good day, and we got there this weekend. I had two great dives that day.

Re: A good fill in the Seattle area?
Regarding Doug at UWS Bellevue: Sure, he gets all the credit, but we all know it's Mary Winn who really does the work.
Okay, seriously, I get great fills from all three people there at Bellevue.

Really nice site, but do you really want a quote from Bill Cosby that deals with desire for success and fear of failure? Just sayin'.

That is an outstanding video. I've been trying for a couple of years to get shots like that. Mostly a loose nut behind the camera at my ends. Very well done.
