Re: Salvo Customer Service
So, my beloved Salvo 21w developed a short in the cord a little while ago. So, I sent it back to Salvo. Now, I'd always heard that Salvo had excellent customer service, but this kind of blew me away: This morning, I checked the tracking number for my package, and saw that it had left Gainsville for...

Re: Where should I go?
I love the input! I don't think Bonaire because of sandfleas and most accomidations are quad+ occupancy. Not so great with a baby. I so want to go to do Indonesia (I even won the 'coupon' from the treasure hunt for wakatobi) but its very very very expensive and a long flight! Is Cozumel having the ...

Re: Diving Thailand
I'm in the middle of my "dive trip of a lifetime" to Lembeh, so I'd like some time to put thought into my answer. When are you going? Yes, weather dictates where the good diving is at each time of the year. But I'd be happy to help. Maybe send me an e-mail and we can start a dialogue. Tha...

Re: Diving Thailand
Hi Scott, Here are some random thoughts.... I lived in Thailand from 2001-2004. Ran a dive boat in the gulf when I was not doing my other job. Im happy to answer any questions you might have. When are you thinking of going? Most of the diving is seasonal so the time of year will probably dictate the...

I prefer the Atlas 620's for my Vikings. The 660's will work too but I have found them to be a little thicker than I need.

I am the 1000th member! I am not a newbie nor a veteran, a sock puppet, a parent, nor a California transplant. I do have to say though that I am a monkey. I am a monkey who is trapped in the Inland NW and away from my beloved Sound! :eric: :eric: :eric: :eric: :eric: :eric: :eric: :eric: :eric: :er...

Re: suppose you had some mildewy stuff growing in your mask
Maybe try Betadine or povidone iodine. We use it to clean and disinfect rebreather counter lungs etc.... It might work for this application as well. i'll give that a try. do you soak the counterlungs or a while or is it a quick apply and rinse kind of thing? I soak for twenty minutes or so then rin...
