It is a long swim to the end. The buoy "way the heck out there" is near the end of the pipe. You just need to stay with the rock reef. The gnomes were still there in Feb this year. You can usually find some sea pens in the sand along side the reef too.

Not sure of your size, but there is a L Apollo that just came onto Craigslist Seattle tonight for $95. Needs new seals. That would be a good dry suit for around $200. I am 5'11.5" and 180 and have plenty of room. It could go a bit taller.

A friend of mine lost a Scuba titanium blunt nose knife at Muk a few weeks ago. (Scuba.com sells them)

I will head up for the first dive to see if I can hook up with someone. Have not done MMM before, but have been at Muk a lot. Will bring 2 tanks just in case.
