At Mukilteo last weekend I saw 6-7 ochre (purple) sea stars....adult size, but every one of them wasting. :(

I dove in a wetsuit in the sound for three years every weekend. Then I switched to a dry suit. Zero difference in my case.

I hit 206 fsw at Dalco last year....and it was getting deeper when I headed up for deco

I have two Shearwaters...that I run in gauge mode

Great display. Other display that's great as a bottom timer is the Liquivision...but it fades after a couple years.

How to tell a Northwest diver? Gear costs are in multiples of the value of the car driven to the dive site. (Scooters, rebreathers, cameras, fancy Drysuits, numerous tanks...)
