Northwest Dive Club

This weekend, I can maybe do 5/8. Would have to be able to wrap things up in time to make dinner on Mother's Day.

The viz at Redondo was reaaaaaaallllly bad last Thursday. Hopefully it'll have cleared out by Thursday. Unfortunately, my car is in the shop for some repairs (scratched up a door pretty bad pulling into a crappy parking space). If someone wants free beer and food afterwards, they could maybe pick me...

I should be available for some dives. I'm in downtown Seattle, so it should be easy for me to give you a ride if necessary.

Above 30 feet, 2-3 ft. Below, I could keep track of my buddy's dive light up to 8 ft away but couldn't really see solid objects more than maybe 4 feet away.

So someone else was callously abandoned by his dive club, so a dive happened after all. Thanks to those who got in touch with me. See y'all next time. PS Viz was awful.

Should be able to go diving both Saturday (though I'd need to get my tanks filled first) and Sunday. Anywhere between Mukilteo and Redondo. Flexible on time. Anyone interested?

I got to see two wolf eels, Warriors win #73, and Kobe score 60 points to win his final game, so all told, fun night. It was very nice to meet everyone and see the people I hadn't seen in a few months!

verrinne and I headed out to Redondo Sunday afternoon. The weather sunny and nice. The tide was on a large ebb, but visibility was normal once we got down. The sunlight helped. There was a big GPO under the boat on the deep line at 80ft. There was another GPO under the boat that's near the big pipe....

Unless someone can lend me a tank, I'm out as well.
