Winter time is the best time for good viz. Similar to what you get in Washington. Right now the water is pretty clear, I'd say around 40 - 50 ft. of viz in most places. Dusty, You may have an early published account of the recovery. The Sheriff's Department has now confirmed 6 sets of remains and that the discovery was made by a public safety dive team testing a side scan sonar.
