Great report and awesome job getting someone back in the water. Sounds like it was a really nice dive.

Re: Another first: I screamed in terror!
It was so great to dive with you and coulterboy on Saturday. I had a great time. I can't wait to come out and dive driftwood with you some time soon. I have another dive boat trip on August 15 so pencil me in on that weekend. Thank you so much for your comment about breathing like a girl! I have bee...

Re: I want to dive this weekend...
I was thinking about being in the water about 14:00 to make sure the flood has started and leave you plenty of time to head south for more diving. My last dive at Muk two weeks ago was in the middle of a 13 foot flood and once past 40 feet we really didn't experience any current. Sounds crazy I know...

Would you be interested in Mukilteo? I was thinking about an afternoon dive on Saturday. The only thing I can promise to show you is the troll and the geodome plus a couple hundred dungeness crab unless they have already been caught.

T dock this evening had a good solid 20 feet of viz below 25 feet. Lots of crab waiting for opening day!

I have the exact same issue. About 20 minutes into a dive a usually get a good burp. If I eat within an hour before the dive or too much, I come close to feeding the fish!

Re: Titan Missile Silo
My take is the same as J's. Very glad I made the trip and got to see the place. I feel lucky not to have holed my suit. There were lots of things just waiting for the chance. The DM said that this was the largest group they had taken in and that we did have more silt problems because of it. I would ...

Re: NWDC Clothing
I notice that they don't have any T-shirts or sweatshirts available in the store. Is there any way to make those available? I assume someone in a position of authority has to authorize the use of the club logo before a shirt could be ordered.

Re: Pinnacle and Pulali today
Thanks so much for the chance to dive this awesome spot! It was really fun diving out of an inflatable for the first time and I would do it again in a minute. Next time I will borrow some 130's so we can spend more time seeing the sights.

Saturday 4/2. T dock. First 12-15 feet was coffee with lots of cream then it opened up to 12 feet or so all the way down to 70 feet. Saw my first two Stubby Squid today. That made the trip over worth it right there.

Re: Mukilteo clay ledges, T-dock alternative
Glad you had a great dive and thanks for the update on the Vis! A newly certified buddy and I are diving the clay walls on Saturday. I was planning on a second dive at the T dock. This is the first I had heard about it being closed. How long will it be off limits?

Re: Sunday Morning Early Bird Run
I was at Keystone Wednesday and had 8-10' vis but the fish count was way down from my last dive there in October. I did catch a very light current day. I actually had to swim from the pilings to the jetty! Never happened before. Good luck on your Sunday dive.

Re: Inland Diver
I would be glad to! On one dive you can see a wrecked mid fifties Ford car and a wall that stretches from near the surface down to 90 feet. On my last dive I caught a 24" Burbot by hand in 55 feet of water. PM me if you get the notion and we can set up a day and time.

Inland Diver
Greetings. I am from Waterville, Wa and dive in the sound as often as I can with local buddies or buddies met on the beach while gearing up. Here at home I dive in Lake Chelan. It is no comparison to Puget Sound but there are fish and other life to see and even some wrecks. My 13 year old son and I ...
