Nudibranch ID Assistance

I think your right. That’s what an expert mentioned late last night in an email to me. Also called a Catriona columbiana. And it was very small. I’ve probably seen one before, but did not recognize it as something different.

Nudibranch ID Assistance

Hello all, Can someone help me with a Nudibranch ID? At first glance, I thought this was common. However, I looked back through my photos and in several books and couldn't find anything to match. https://photos.smugmug.com/Photography/Recent-Collection-2020-Q2/i-HkwSNZk/0/640f640b/L/IMG_2397-L.jpg h...

Re: Diving as lockdown phases out

I’ve been diving this entire time. Tacoma lighthouse is filling tanks. And I have been going at odd times, diving solo, and unannounced in order to avoid “crowding” the dive site.

Re: Diving during the lockdown

Looks like all public water access has been shut down for two weeks per https://parks.state.wa.us/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=603 I have an email into them. But I suspect it will be low priority given all the more pressing issues our state, country, world is dealing with. I’ll keep y’all posted. Sent from ...

That’s good news, but I truly hope people don’t abuse this or we will end up in a much worse spot moving forward.

Re: Recent dive snaps for pie day!

I need to find some lumpsuckers that aren't orange or brown next season. Derek, Your post had me searching through my old lumpy photos for color variations. I think the bright pink one or yellow/red are my favorite. But it’s been a while since I’ve seen something other than orange or brown. https:/...
