I've translated the jibberish in that ad. Hope it's helpful:

"Its in ok/good condition."
You will die if you try to use this while scuba diving.

"Has some corrosion."
It will fall apart on you as soon as you enter the water

"I dont know if it will pass a visual/hydro."
It will not pass vis or hydro, but I hope you don't know that.

"If you are filling your own cylinders, you should have no worries."
except that if you try to put air into it, it will probably blow up on you and kill you.

"Harness is in good condition."
The only thing of real value in this post

"First $40 takes it. Email me you number and ill call back asap."
Anyone dumb enough to buy this for $40....I'll definately call you back!

"Thanks for looking."
