I've been emailing the Sewer District, and there are 2 plans.
Plan 1, if the equipment all comes in, they will work straight until probably end of march.
Plan 2. If all equipment doesn't but comes piece meal, there will be some limited opening of 3T, during the waits, but project will take longer.
Will have more details end of Feb.
