Not only did the rock over the trail in front of the parking lot, but now they blocked our last entrance to sledgehammer as well by building a rock wall.

I've always just walked over the rockery ... Just like Neah Bay breakwater...

I just walk over the guardrail not a big deal the guardrail is still there... Walk down a couple of Boulders you're in the water
