Possible dive site in Magnolia?

During the -3 foot low tide today my daughter and I explored the south shore of Magnolia in Seattle. There is public access with a parking lot at the south end of 32nd Ave West. What I didn't realize is that there is an abandoned pipeline that was just exposed at the low tide. There were a lot of anemones chilling in the tide pools around the pipeline which made me wonder how it would be to dive the site on a higher tide. The site is near the entrance of Elliot Bay Marina, so obviously a dive flag and an abundance of caution would be required.

Haven't heard of anyone diving there. Why not give it a shot. It may be flat you may want to check a depth chart. Let us know how it goes!

I misread the title as Possible Dive Site in Mongolia.

I thought, Wow, that's like super extreme! Hmmm. Is there diving in Mongolia?

LOL. Sometimes when I am trying to get home to Magnolia in Seattle traffic, it feels like it is Mongolia. :)

Looks flat. You can even see the pipe extending south from the ravine...
