The boat was expected to sink in about 80-90 feet of water, Read said. It's carrying about 300 gallons of diesel fuel and 12 gallons of oil, and private divers have been hired to secure the fuel, according to the State Department of Ecology.

private Divers ....I wonder How much they get paid ? $$$$ id would assume they can float it back up to the surface with lift bags ..

Global is under Ecology and USCG contract for most of this kind of recovery. The owner or owner's insurance gets the bill (eventually)

I don't know how much they get paid, but it's nasty on-call work with callouts at all sorts of hours of the day.
