Headed to Cabo for the first time to dive

Post by JasonEverettJones »

I am going to be working remotely in Cabo for about a week. Plan is to stay in Cabo Pulmo for a long weekend, so got that area covered.

Places to avoid, places I should not miss, just looking for input from local experience.

Thanks!

The diving around the islands just offshore near town is remarkably good, despite the crowds and boat traffic. Pelican Rock is swamped with snorkelers and boats but there's still things to see. I preferred Land's End and Neptune's Finger.

If you have time and there's a space available, book a day trip to La Paz for snorkeling with whale sharks and maybe a dive at Isla Partida. Highly recommended.

Have fun!
