Edmonds dive story in the P-I (6/17)

Post by amandacastleman »

The P-I feature that accidentally sparked the pippi ( :prayer: ) is here:

http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/getaways/ ... ive17.html

Grab a copy of Thursday's paper if you can: the online version does no credit to Scott Boyd's wicked photos.

Thanks to Jackie, Calvin, Jim and – above all – Bruce and his crew for all the help and access. :salute:

Cheers, Amanda

Nice article. I'm an out-of-towner, and did my first BHUT dive just a few months ago (thanks PEZ). I think the park is very under-rated. I was so impressed I wrote a letter to the city of Edmonds when I got home.

Nice Article Amanda!

Maybe it will encourage a few NW Dive Club members to come out and volunteer, eh?

Bruce is always looking for volunteers. He always needs a few divers willing to kick their fins off and lend a hand. Besides where else can you learn to use a wheelbarrow underwater? Or a 2 wheeled dolly? Or get to learn and practice skills like rigging loads and using lift drums underwater?

Come join us, it's a gas...
