four pipefish piping ...

Post by Grateful Diver »

Yesterday I did a Redondo dive with Blitz ... and we found a pair of bay pipefish down in the bottle field. Both were red ... one looked a bit like a candy cane ...

Went back this morning (saw Ron and Tom there) ... and found two more ... these ones were green.

Got a couple decent shots of the first one ... but since I'm heading back later for a solo dive I haven't unpacked my camera yet.

Cheng got a fantastic shot of the second one ... wanted to share it with y'all ...

That one came out great, Bob! I can't wait to get back down there and attempt to find those guys.

And they've been missed! Thanks for taking time to put this together and share it with us. I enjoyed it. In fact, I'm going to go enjoy it again... =D>

Wow, what an eye you have. You can really spot them, and then get great shots to boot!
