awesome video.

You make some really nice videos Mike. Thank you for sharing them.

What a wonderful short film, Mike!
Kept me interested all the way through and at the same time this is such a good primer for non-divers. I'm sending it to a few friends now who have expressed interest in learning to dive, and I'm also going to add it to the dive site description for Mukilteo if you don't mind.
Must have taken quite a few dives to get all that fantastic footage. Great work!

Re: Video short at Mukilteo
Thanks for the kind words.. feel free to share with anyone. Link to it, etc.
Basically.. the goal of this short was to to take a "routine" dive and to try to make it interesting, using all my "film making tricks" that I have learned to date. I hope I made that work.
It took about a half dozen dives, with several cameras, over a couple of years to capture the images. Plus a couple of topside days, and some hydrophone work too.
Last year, I was on a dive boat in Howe Sound with my dive buddy Jim prepping for a dive and some guy on the boat asked "are you that wolfeeldiver guy that posts on youtube?" Yes I replied. He then says "youre the reason I took up diving.. I came across your videos.. and decided I wanted to do that".
That made my day. My goal is to make videos that are fun and promote the adventure of diving.
