Love the juvi wolf eels! Was the "stuttering" of the video just my playback experience? Or was that intentional?

i took my Magnus 950 for a Tour De France of Keystone .. and scootered the Heck out of the place .. i went straight out to the anchor and then the Reef .. and then out , to see what Lies way Out there ?? not much .. lots of rocks ..
