Hello....

I have been taking pictures a while... (Bastet photos) and I just built my own strobe cords. I’m curious if anyone else has. I have a couple of design problems I’m trying to overcome. I got really tired of those silly thin things that break on sight and cost $100 a piece.

Hi Laura! I don't know anybody who does. You may want to check with Nirupam or Billy Ball if they know anyone. I don't think they check this forum too often.
I know a lot of people switch to Ikelite for that reason... But ikelite certainly has their issues as well. Cool that you're attempting your own! Let us know how they work out.

Laura, I'd love to hear your results. Keep us posted! Although I do have to say, the last set I purchased were much more durable, have been to several different trips from local to foreign, and have had zero issues. It's just as you pointed out, they want a fortune for them!
