Has anyone seen these cameras? Are they worth the purchase?

Story: My wife just lost her digital camera so quickly I seized the opportunity to show her my love for her by giving her mine. Well, now I need a camera, so I thought about a under/above water camera.

I would just rather not buy a POS but I really don't want any big, expensive camera that I am sure of breaking ](*,)
