What a great idea of how to find a leak!! Bring something to mark it with, blow your suit up on the surface, and have your buddy under you looking up for leaks!!

Any reason this wouldn't work?! Great idea!!

Who took the pic of the shark? Is that a Calvin pic? I think I was too wigged to take a picture that dive... that was a LONG time ago!

Yes, that picture actually came from the Video that Calvin shot just before my attack back in July of 2006 at our first NWDC event.

I just figured how to post pictures here since I am moving pictures to Photo bucket and off my computer.

Sure has been fun reviewing so many pictures!

Bring it on! If I embarassed easily I would have stopped going out in public years ago, let alone squeezing my fat arse into trilam and draping myself with a hundred pounds of gear just to get into the water....

The Michelin Man test did find a leak in the wrist seal, so it was semi-successfully. A slightly less safe Idea would be to do it underwater clipped into a boey anchor...we decided against that one.

I wish I had a pic, and it what I did worked better, but Jake and I dove Lake Washington a month or so back and I spent the dive stuffing golf balls between his wing and tank in hopes they would all fall out when he got to his truck...

Only two of them actually made it to the truck though! And that's why I'm glad you don't use your camera much.....

Please mention to "Poopin' Joe" that we have arranged for there to be special toilets up in BC between the 11th and 16th JUST FOR HIM!

Their use is strictly based on the "pass system". If he isn't there the rest of us will simply have to use the bushes.....

I guess the joke isn't too clear since it's kind of an inside joke. Several years ago Randy was bestowed the "Order of the Drippy Zipper" for leaving his dry suit fly zipper open when he entered the water.
