So I was wandering if anyone has some of these innovative scuba concept phantom hoses. Are they the same as the XS Miflex? Also if you have any good or bad info let us all know.

A deco reg I purchased about 6 months ago came with a 40" Phantom hose, and I have a 7' Miflex on another reg. To me the Phantom looks and feels pretty much like the Miflex, i.e. somewhat thinner than a rubber hose, with a double braided outer covering.
IME the Phantom hose has the same 'floppy' characteristics as Miflex, and also creates the same abrasive feeling/noise on the back of my neck when routing or adjusting the hose. For those reasons I'll be changing back to traditional rubber hose on the regs that currently have Miflex and Phantom.
