NWDC hive mind, I need your advice--

I went to use my transfill whip today and found the gauge leaking oil. It is coming from rubber stopper on top of the gauge, that pops out all too easily (which may explain why it's leaking).

So. It the gauge salvageable? It still works, I just don't know how critical it is to have it full of oil. Or how to keep that stopper from leaking.

thats how you fill them, or refill through that. The gage is fine

Doesnt affect the gage, the oil is largely for dampening.(Its just glycerin). You can run without if you want, or refill and abit of silicon to seal it up better
