Scootering the Valiant in Epic Lake Viz

Post by lundysd »

Hey everyone -- I thought I'd share a video from a dive we did last Friday to the BT-13 (SNV-2) "Vultee Valiant" located in Lake washington in 120ffw. This 2-seater Navy trainer plane had engine trouble and crashed into the lake over a half a century ago. While she is definitely aging rapidly, she is still an excellent wreck and well worth the trip -- especially in the 20+ft of viz we're having right now.

Enough chatting -- here's the link. DEFINITELY watch in 720p if you're able -- makes a world of difference

Wow, Dude that's some terrific video! I loved the way you overlayed it with shots of a restored plane :supz:

That's a positively John Walkeresque video, Scott! I'm glad you put it up today, because it let me immediately relive the dive I just did . . . down to and including the millfoil!
