nudibranch heaven

Post by deep diver »

Met up with Blackwater today and headed down the hood canal.

found nudi's everywhere. Counted 9-10 different kinds. hatching season? some were the size of peas :supz:

Lots of pairs of wolf eels, must be mating season again

several dying octopus sitting on their eggs :(

vis on surface to 20' was around 20. cloudy in the center. From 65 foot on, about 25'

one warbonnet, just couldn't get my camera closer with the stobes

Always a great day diving with this much life

Awesome wolf eel shot! The one in the front looks like a big cuddly puppy dog. I'm glad you guys had some good dives.

Nice shots! The wolfies are always together. They mate for life. Not sure but I think it's a bit early for the wolfies right now.
