Our excellent viz is still holding out this fall. So far no real November monsoons! Did a couple of dives at Sound Rock today with Mark. There was a couple of inches of snow on the ground and sticking to the freeway on the drive to Hood Canal, but as soon as I hit Shelton the snow disappeared and the sun came out. (the Puget Sound convergence zone liked Olympia last night!)
Octos Octos and more octos. And bunches of Wolf Eels. What more could you want? Lots of Flabellina trophina too.

Thanks! I've been experimenting with a red focus light. It allows me to get closer to fish than a regular light. Fish apparently aren't very sensitive to red light so I've been less intimidating to them.
