Three Tree N. Thursday Morning

Post by BASSMAN »

Met and Dove with Timo this morning, Dropped on Cabin Cruiser, Vis Sucked at 50+ feet.
Went down to Bottle Field, Vis was better, but it was like a night dive when we were at 100+ feet.

Vis at depth, 15 to 20 feet
Above 50, 3 to 5 feet (Pea Soup)

We found a few bottles, but I took Zero Pictures.

Yeh we just got done with 2 dives at Redondo tonight and viz in the shallows was horrible. It got better down at 85fsw but like you said it was pretty dark even though the sun was still up technically.

If this vis is going to go to crap, I'd at LEAST like some sun and warm weather over here.

I don't think that's too much to ask...

That said, vis off the dock here has looked pretty good lately...but we are definitely pulling up more plankton!

Cha-Ching!
Took a few pics of the bottles I found on this dive, after I cleaned them up.
