Diving Sund Rock today, north wall.
Nice cluster of stubby squid eggs.
Wonder how common they are in this area?

Re: Stubby eggs
While I can't speak to this year, in years past I've seen them with regularity. I don't recall there being a lot of them, but certainly they seem to me to be able to be found there on a fairly normal basis....PapaZ wrote:Diving Sund Rock today, north wall.

Funny thing to me is. Though I do know there are regularly egg's there, I've only ever encountered one Stubby at The Rock?? On South Wall just south of the first landslide. About 3 yrs ago, He showed off for about 10 minutes for the camera.
Perhaps some lenses for these old eyes.

I saw a stubby squid at Sund, once. Just by the skiff boat, out front. Cool little dude.
