Flagpole & elephant wall

Today's vis was pretty bad down to about 55', past that it opened up and was pretty nice...25-30'.

Not many nudi's running around except for a herd of clowns. A few of the more common nudis, but not like It has been in the past.
A few octopus sitting on their eggs. Quite a few wolf eels, one was out cruising at about 75' at elephant wall. Had my macro on so didn't try to take a picture of his eyeball.

Both had quite a few sun stars, which was nice to see.

Did find this little red octopus at about 100' at elephant wall. Was hoping for some grunts and squid, but none to be found.

The buoy at flagpole has broken the clevis that holds it so the buoy is gone and the line is on the bottom. Has a lot of mussels on it too, so might be time to clean it.

Sounds awesome! Hope to dive with you again sometime! I always remember how much fun we had! great pics! Sad about the buoy line, hope it's a easy fix?

I've vowed to always do flagpole on wide angle

I wonder if the octo on eggs were the ones we saw mating?
