Squid egg mass at alki junkyard

Post by smcwhtdtmc »

If you find yourself thinking "man, nothing would make my day like a huge mass of squid eggs"... Check the northwestern-most stack of wire gratings at Alki junkyard.

The individual eggs were larger than I'm used to... 4-6". Anyone know what kind of squid that is? Humboldt?

Yep, opalescent eggs look exactly right. My squid-fu is weak ;)
