Hood Canal

Diving Hood Canal - Sund Rock.
Viz Report: 0-20 feet of depth, maybe 2 feet viz, but the water temperature is 75.
Then you go through the thermocline......temperature change of 25 degrees!!!!
Viz a hazy 10-15 feet.
- shrimp photo bomb the 'droid.

We were at Octopus Hole on Wednesday, 8/2/17.
It was glacier blue but very warm water, then at the bottom of the wall you were freezing...
Viz opened up nicely.
Saw 4 Wolfies, 1 Large GPO and the other usual suspects.

Sounds accurate to me! Hoping for the death of the cocolithophores, or whatever the heck they're called!
