Northwest Dive Club

Well, our buddy Derek CS had an awesome six gill encounter last week... And over the weekend, we further celebrated his last days of bachelorhood under the Deception Pass bridge, and at Keystone!

It was Derek's first time at the Pass....

Viz was 20+ at Deception and 30+ at Keystone

We had a nice stop at Whidbey Pies at Green Bank Farm for some delicious lunch between dives.

Kapow!! Amazing photos!! So impressed with how you guys capture the ocean’s beauty every time. The colors at DP more vibrant than ever, and viz and number of fish at Keystone’s piling were phenomenal! Congrats Derek!

Sounds like an incredible day of diving. There hasn’t been vis that good at Keystone in months! Good vis in the pilings with the sun beams and fish is such a special thing. Beautiful photos too as usual.

The cap on the shutter button of my Olympus EPL5 popped off sometime ago (apparently a not uncommon issue), and it's been touch and go inside the housing since. So I wasn't able to snap any pics at Keystone, but got some OK pics at Deception Pass.
