Northwest Dive Club

Thanks to everyone who came out for the Redondo Beach clean up dive!!!
Yelloweye, Vjw, DanMcmath, LeAnneL, ScottW, Neils, TomC,

The weather & Vis was fantastic & the sea creatures were smiling!
You guys are the BEST!!!! What a fun day!!!
All 3 rules were followed:
1. Don't Die
2. Have Fun
3. Fill your bag with loot aka garbage
The bottle field is a little cleaner, also we saw a pretty big octopus in the open, a few little octos, a super adorable stubby squid who was trying to ink me, grunt sculpin, Gunnels with eggs, tons of alabaster Nudibranchs, blade shrimp , baby jellies and a lot of worms!
Let's go again soon! There is still so much to get out.

PS : Please say no to plastic as much as you can! Also they really need to make biodegradable golf balls! Calvin!!! Know anyone we can talk to about that?

It was a blast!

And as you can see, plenty of litter was hauled. Sorry to break it, but there will be a lot less shoe soles, printer parts, and old cassettes and CD's amongst other things down there now!

I'd definitely do it again. Thanks to scubajess for organizing!
