Sund Rock & The Cove

Post by PapaZ »

My brother and I enjoyed a couple days of diving Hood Canal waters, The Cove (in front of the Yellow House) and both north and south walls of Sund Rock, April 16 & 17.
Very ugly viz layer on the 16th from 13 to 30 feet, less than 1 foot, but 15+ hazy feet below that.
The next day, 17th, no layer and 25 hazy feet of viz.
Typical marine life at all sites, 7 wolfies on the north wall and a couple on the south wall. No octos seen.
The one at The Cove under the old shrimp boat must be out and about. LOt of fresh crab shells yet.
Enjoy the picts.
