20+ viz. It was not too bad at all on Sat AM at Edmonds. I was surprised with all the rain we've had. Anyone been to Victoria lately? We are going this weekend. Just wondering what the viz is like up there. Will call the dive shops on Thur to get a better idea.

Viz today at Cove 2 was a murky 10' at best when you got deeper. In the shallows it was less than 5', and near the Honey Bear it was a few inches at best. I was grateful for powerful dive lights! We did get to see a very large octo chilling out in the open on one of the boxes along the boundary line.

This afternoon, a nice goopy 3' down to about 10' then opened up nicely to about 20' below 30 fsw or so. The deeper the better.

4/6/14 Day Island Wall - About 15ft from the surface to 100ft. A lot of life out and about - we saw about 6 woofies and a medium sized octo out in the open hunting on the wall .

Sund Rock - can't see your gauges down to 25' or so, after that it opened up nicely. Lots of preggo rockfish and wolfies out and about under the sea, and several NWDC members spotted on the surface.
