We dove Redondo instead of Les Davis Fri night due to pollution. Viz at Redondo was about 5-6 fsw. Dove Edmonds Sat 4/19 on the N side it was about the same 5-6 fsw.

Redondo was decent. Surface to about 30' it was crappy. After that it opened to a good 15-20'.

4/27 Sund Rock
Excellent vis at the canal today!
10- 15 ft of vis from 0 - 25 ft.
From about 30 ft. to 60 ft.the vis opened up nicely to about 30-40 ft.
Below 70 ft.or so the vis was incredible - probably at least 75 ft. At 110 ft.we had enough ambient light and the vis was so good we could hang up in the water column and view acres and acres of sea pens.

Possession Point Fingers 4/30
Zero - 15 ft = Chocolate Milk
Once we were on the wall the vis opened up to about 20 ft with a ton of snot in the water.

It's only undivable if you want to see something. Think of it as cave training.

HAHA I guess you do have a point but since I do not EVER want to go cave diving...... soooooo ummmmmm I am going back to "undiveable" as both kneedeep and I could basically not see anything even right up next to the structures.

Sund Rock, 4/30/14. Couldn't see the end of my arm until around 40ft, but was really nice after that. Maybe 20-30ft?

Vis appears to be improving, under 30fsw last night at Mukilteo it opened right up.

from 40-75fsw it was ok, maybe 10ft but lots of silt flowing...

5/10 Saltwater Park. Once below 50 feet depth it was a respectable 20 feet of viz. Actually, much better than I expected.

Viz at the club dive today at Redondo wasn't as bad as I'd feared. Only <3 ft down to about 15ft, then it opened up very decently. Probably 15ft. At least when you weren't in the silt cloud from the OW class going on near the pipe off the MAST center pier.

Redondo club dive - I agree the viz was the best I've seen in a while! I'd say 15+. I could see Coll and Alex at least and the structures as we were coming up on them. Pretty good day

Did anyone dive Cove 2 yesterday? I was thinking about heading down there tonight and was wondering how the Viz is.
