Redondo was 40+ yesterday -- the bottom is still covered with sea lettuce, and there are SO many fish!

Mukilteo Fuel Pier (Old Air Force dock) - Even with the wind, rain, and at low tide, I had 30 ft visibility. Schools of small fish (sandlance?) abound.

Redondo was about 20-25ft, lots of sea snow today. Plenty of critters out and about including the somewhat shy juvenile wolf eel living in the tire at 80ish feet, in the vicinity of the statue. Warm wind made getting disrobed rather nice, I could keep this nice balmy weather for a while! No current noticed, it was a lovely time toodling around.

Three Tree Thursday was 30' plus. Our last dive we came up to rain. Not sure how badly rain will affect viz nor for how long, bit we will find out.

If people post viz reports, that is. :smt064

Possession Fingers 10:00 AM Saturday - washing machine, visibility at 75 fsw about 20 feet, but filled with chunks of kelp, sea lettuce , eel grass and silt, currents running north and south, up and down, high tide mess, walking out of the water
covered with seaweed :(
Not really worth the effort today...

Cove 3 with our OW class today was really quite nice -- I'd estimate 15 to 20, at least until WE got there.

Cove 2 was about 25ft or so for our first dive at around 3:30pm then noticeably less (15ish) for the second dive at 5:30ish. Still great vis considering it was probably the first time I've dove in the rain in over 3 months!
