Sunday December 9th. Around Bowen Island in Howe Sound was a little gritty but still between 20 and 30+. Not bad at all.

Sunday 1/20/19. Keystone Jetty in the morning was 10 to maybe a dirty 15ft. Skyline in the pm was a silty 5 to barely 10 ft at the end of the flood. Deeper and farther out in the channel it teased 15ft luckily. Currents at both sites were running a bit stronger than the predictions. I blame the bloody wolf moon!

1/21 keystone jetty and driftwood 10 ft with lots of particulate (still lots of small things to see and 3 juvi wolf eels at driftwood)

1/20. China wall 30 ft
East wall Blakely island 20 ft

1/19. Sunrise 30-35 ft, beautiful!
Fox island west wall 10 ft

Sund Rock on Monday 1-21 above 40 fsw was pretty bad, with tons of particulate in the water no doubt from the flooding rivers. The halocline was thick and 15' deep. Below 40 fsw viz was nice, 20-25', the place to spend as much of your time as your computer would allow!

What are these particulates, anyway? Not sure it's from runoff as we haven't had much lately.

Pt. Hudson yesterday was ~10-15ft, milky looking. All the way down.

I was referring to the particulate in Hood Canal, which is definitely River runoff

Point Hudson, 2/10. Windy with 9 inches of snow. Churned-up shallow, ~20ft vis at depth -- very nice!

Got kinda beat-up with the wave action on entry but otherwise a good dive. 42F water temp, yowsa.

Keystone, Sunday 2/17. Hazy 15 ft shallower, decent 20 ft at the end of the jetty and the barnacle reefs. Even better were the pleasantly cooperative currents and all the nasty crabs  (Tiss the season for lithoid crabs lol)

Sunday 2/22 at Cove 2. Probably 25 ft away from the classes that were going on. I heard a rumor also of 30+ vis in Mulkiteo at T Dock

Redondo April 2nd was 20 to 30' depending... really nice and really happy that the Spring algae bloom has not started!

Redondo on April 9 was 10'-15' by the MaST center (maybe due to the low tide, recent rain and outfall there), but closer to 20'-25' a bit farther north.

Awful viz at Redondo last night. <2' until 45', then it opened a bit, maybe a hazy 5'
