Just got back from a nice day at Flagpole! We dove it from the shore and the swim out was mild. We dropped onto the knuckle and then went over the wall to about 130. The viz was about 20 feet. The wall is very healthy. We saw 2 very big GPO's out on the rocks and a number of others sitting on eggs. Saw a number of wolfies. The most impressive things were the rockfish. I know water magnifies but these were really large fish. Days like today make me dream of buying a dive camera.

The dives and the day couldn't have been better!

Thanks for sharing on the vis!! There is a group of us headed out with Pacific Adventure on Monday for a 3-tanker. We were hoping for moderately ok vis, and your report of 20' is quite comforting.

We won't be hitting Flagpole, but will instead be headed to sites north of Pleasant Harbor in our attempt to avoid the rivers and get in a more "flushed" area.
