Just probing the water

Post by olalladiver »

I can't even commit to it myself yet... but curious if anyone would bite on a dive or two dang early this sat am at a south sound or kitsap location...

Feeling pretty bummed that I''m missing this thursdays thalassic therapy due to "life"... Me needs me therapy... Never done les davis, so thinking of that as a possibility... Get me some mo davis... or fox island or something... Think CLOSE to home, though (home being near Gig Harbor)... I'm thinking first splash 5:30 ish, just after light... 2nd 7:30... Back home before 10am or so after dive related banter. You know, so I have some day to actually with after the dive...

Weather is looking good. tide is looking good. So...?

:smt064

Just chummin' the waters... Anyone? Anyone? Anyone wanna dive? Beuhler?

Yes,

5:30.

AM.

Jeesh.

Need yer beauty sleep? I thought divers were hardy folk or something...? ;)

I'm already on my way to work any other day at that time, so why should Saturday be any different?

Fine. Maybe I'll just snokel in my bathtub then or something.

Maybe if it were a current sensitive site or day...
Actually I have plans already, but not even leaving the house until you're done lol

@Linedog RE morning workday dives... yashure-yubetcha... I'll be yer huckleberry...

When I can do it will vary a lot depending on work, but throw out a proposal and if it doesn't work, I'll counter.

(crickets chirping)

Fine. Be that way.

Ok, since noone's biting, I'm latching onto another dive at harper for tomorrow am. Cancel water testing. I will not be at LD tomorrow. 'Cuz it looks like I'd be the only one there.

Have fun with your respective weekends, y'all...

Be well, be happy.

Did you read the "Swimming in poo" thread? Could explain a lot.

Swimming in poo?

Ummm... no... I haven't read anything on that...

and a quick search brought me into 2009 threads so maybe not what you're referring to...?

So do tell me... You're not implying that my dive buddies were going to let me paddle around in other people's feces with nary a word of warning, are you?

So that is what y'all are telling me. Great. I'm a poopaddler. A sewer rat.

Have I mentioned how severely fecophobic I am? Like way more so than wolfeel or ling attacks or ooa events?

Mike Penders made a great point that they only test from memorial day to labor day. This means you could have been diving in POO and not even know it all winter. :penelope: :rjack:
