I'll be there, and apparently, looking for buddy. There's a recently-discovered anchor I'd like to explore if the current allows. And yeah, we have floor space and camping mattresses in our small spare room, and yard space for campers. Y'all come!

We don't have to wait for a club dive, let's try and meet up and you can try them out anytime.

Betty, sounds like a plan!
Great! :joshsmith:

I want to let you know that the local dive shop may have a class at Keystone that day. Does it matter?

Yikes, they are going to be overrun by people. You may want to warn them though as this is TOO BIG to stop!!!!! I know I will be there very early to secure a spot.

Advise your dive shop that it's going to be a zoo ... Langley would be a better place to have a class.

I was at Keystone once for a club dive (Moss Bay) and someone decided to have a class ... they parked their students up against the jetty, and then got all bent out of joint that other divers were swimming through their class all day.

Keystone really isn't a good choice for classes ...

Considering how current-sensitive Keystone is, why would someone want to have a class there in the first place, unless it's an advanced of some kind? Langley is a much better place for classes.

I think Sam mentioned to Pat that the NWDC is planning a club dive that day. I cannot change his mind if he still wants to take his students there.

Jan have you talked to him about it at all?

That's my plan, anyway... the more the merrier.

I am very new to this site, but live in between Seaside and Astoria... depending on which way you're thinking of driving, I could potentially met you somewhere for carpooling.

that isnt a joke btw... I am tied with the po po on the island and they will kick your ass, the prosecutor on the island is hell bent to make a point right now.

DO NOT SPEED ON THE ISLAND, make damn sure your tabs are up to date and dont risk burnt out lights. they WILL pull you over
haha they forgot to mention that the "bro" that was driving also had that vehicle so stupidly lifted with cheap springs that there was nothing for the car to do but roll over

if you want a good laugh just see that the pumpkin came apart and the wheel spline came out of the axle.. quality lift job bro..sweet ride.

Today I saw the prettiest and biggest Puget Sound King Crab there! The conditions were perfect. Too bad that it is not going to be like that on the 24th, still good, though.
(Now that the Ikelite housing is back I was able to practice taking pictures with the Canon S90 again. Still waiting for the strobe light)

The gathering is coming soon! For what its worth it seems at this time that I am coming alone . I will be an early bird, most likely catching the 7am ferry to Clinton on the morning of the dive. I won't be staying all day, most likely just a couple dives. If anyone else is planning a schedule like this I have room in my vehicle. You can either meet me at my house (Marysville) if you are in the north, or close to the ferry if you are coming from the south.

HIt me up on PM if you need.

SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!!

I'll probably be on that 7 AM ferry as well ... although I won't be planning five dives this time around ...
