What about doing a after Dive 2, instead of the DK? We can dive/crab, then watch the sunset while munching. crabfest

I have a single burner that I can bring.

This sounds like a great idea. With an appropriate container to disguise an adult beverage it would be a hit! I have a large pot to match to the burner.

I am still bringing a burner, pot and corn on the cob. I just checked the tides and it could be more swimming than walking to get to the oil dock. Lets come up with some times. Same as always? First dive at 16:00 and second dive around 18:30?

Same as always works for me. And I know I for one would be swimming to the oil dock no matter what the tides are. Swimming that distance is a hell of a lot easier than walking when wearing doubles!

missed the feast, but what a great dive! Vis was the best i've seen it at muk (all 3 times i've done it...) but had a LOT of fun diving with more people and actually being able to see everyone in the water!
Thanks again to NWbrewer for the gear/buddy/instruction and magoi (larry) for hooking me up with some fins and gloves!
So far I've been super impressed with the NW Dive club community, you guys make getting into a new sport a lot of fun!
I think you've figured out the root cause of your problems. Even sea lions get annoyed by splitfin divers silting out their dive sites. Switch back to your jets and you'll be safe from the sea lion silt prevention patrol from now on. - NWbrewer

Indeed, the meal more than made up for two long swims. Great time diving with you again Dillon.

Good diving last night. And I found a new way to dive with an "oar".

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Indeed,

was interesting to see you paddling your way through the water.. I thought... mmmm.. not a bad idea to give your legs a rest from kicking

Pauli's way of resting his legs was better, but I've been told scooters lead to muscle atrophy....
