Bubbles n' Suds 6/4/2014 Edmonds grand frigging tour edition

Post by Jeremy »

Viz has been great lately which means the best dive site in Washington is none other than Edmonds Underwater Park!!

Bring a big tank, plan to spend 80-90 minutes underwater, and prepare for hitting the slinky, then the Drydock where you will be targeted by cabezons, then the enhancements where you will be smashed by cabezons, then the cathedrals with more angry cabezons, boat wrecks and the triumph, followed by the pontoon and the biggest lings in the park, followed by Tubehenge with a plethora of angry charging cabezon. Holy geepers!!

Meet 6:30, splash 7:00pm. Suds to follow!

Get some, imo.

You should be a writer. Wait, are you are writer? Story teller of epic proportions, even if they aren't epic. :)

Drink water, breathe air. Never get these mixed up.

Sounds like fun! Ryan and I would love to join you if you don't mind a couple newer divers who will not last your whole tour. We usually only get about 40-50 minutes before we run out of air at Edmonds.

We will most certainly have a group that won't do the tour. You're more than welcome to join in!

Thanks for letting us tag along. It was great meeting you all and we were so excited for the dive... Sadly we lost everyone during the descent and failed to find anyone again in that horrendous viz... Then we discovered my wing had popped and held no air. So we had to call it. We will definitely try to meet up with you all again.

That was an epic grand tour! Slinky, dry dock, giant tires, enhancements, cathedrals, pontoon, Tubehenge - 106 minutes! Vis was just Ok, but i was loving my little steel 72 dubs. Only thing was the Cabezon couldn't be bothered to get feisty at all.
