San Juan shore dives 8/9-8/10

Are there any worthwhile shore/scooter diving sites in the San Juans that would be diveable given the tides this upcoming weekend?

Reuben Tarte and Doe Bay come to mind. Most of the other shore dives are pretty current sensitive and we have a large exchange this weekend.
