Planning tides for Mukilteo state park wall

I'd like to dive the clay wall at Mukilteo Lighthouse Park on Saturday 12/19. What would good splash times be for a 45 minute dive there? 10am? 10:30am?

The second one is very useful, just find the closest point to where you are diving and you will be able to check both the time of the tides as well as the current.
