Kitsap Dive Club will be diving Lake Crescent again. This is a popular dive due to the clearness of the water, the unlimited depth that can be achieved and the treasures to be found. We plan on making a day of diving here. We will be diving East Beach with a possibility of also diving Sledge Hammer on a 2nd tank. Bring your tanks, bring some food and lets have a fun safe day of diving!
East beach Lake Crescent
376-3228 East Beach Road, Port Angeles, WA 98363
We planning on meeting at 9AM if anyone wants to join us.

I know that room is doing a shirt class on gas consumption and they are a 2 tank dive. I can't speak for them, but I believe it's only recreational.CaptnJack wrote:Sounds great, I'll try to be there. (brrrr)

- I got a good squirt in my mouth
- I would imagine that there would be a large amount of involuntary gagging
- I don't know about you but I'm not into swallowing it

We had a blast. It snowed, or snained, on us a little bit. Water temp was 49. Max depth for my team was 105 on EAN32 with doubles and drysuit. Thea was nice enough to make coffee and hot soup.
I'm not sure what you mean by "strictly recreational." As a military guy, all diving we do here is recreational because we aren't wearing a Kirby Morgan and nobody is paying us. I'd be happy to answer your question if you clarify

Not so much for East Beach but Sledgehammer is a popular site for deco dives, although it looks the same at 200 and it does at 100ft. I only ask cause of what dil and bailouts I'd bring on my rebreather.
