Hmmm..... is it my imagination or is there a really great slack before flood at about 6:20 PM? That would make a "walk into the water" at DIW at about 5:30? That's coming off a max 1 knot ebb, so should be some really flat water.

The earlier slack before ebb is around 11:20 AM, which would make a "walk into the water" at DIW around 10:05 AM. Might just do that one as well.

Usually you can squeeze in a Titlow dive in between slacks like that.

Is it too weird to try ThThTh at DIW? Or am I looking at the water wrong?

I think you’re reading the water right but those times are a little early for me on a work day. Probably redondo is better - I plan to bring my stubby squid hat and maybe I’ll find my go pro I lost this past Sunday there .....

It's all good...

I think Bassman and I (and maybe Jeff and???) are going to hit DIW for the early slack (meet at 9:00 AM, walk in the water at about 10:05) followed by a Titlow dive.

Unfortunately can't make the evening dive because of an appointment.

Happy diving!

It's going to be tough since my last 22 dives were in 88 F water at Truk Lagoon!

Planning on being there - in.

I'll be there as the Invisible Man. ...With an invisible car. And I won't make a sound or be eating at Billy McHale's.
